Firoz Shaikh founded Weston Engineers after years of hands-on construction management, quality control, and structural execution experience across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. He holds an M.Tech in Civil Engineering and personally oversees Weston's site supervision and technical advisory practice — he's also Founder & Managing Partner of Nafcon Realty, a real estate development company operating in New Town and Salt Lake, Kolkata.
